Grappa |
Our grappa is obtained from our pomace (grape pressings) at our trusted distillery. With an alcoholic degree of 42%, it is characterized by a smooth and slightly aromatic taste. |

|
| Extra Virgin Olive Oil |
Our oil is obtained from the olive varieties traditionally grown in Tuscany: Morellino, Leccino, Frantoio, and Pendolino. The olives are hand-picked from the end of October onwards so as to get the best quality and are then taken to an oil mill where, in conformity with organic standards, they are cold pressed using stone millstones. The oil is stored in steel containers. |
